We import the best and freshest ingredients from all around the world and, as artisan gelato is best served fresh, new batches of gelato are made each morning.
After choosing the ingredients for the required flavour, we churn the mixture in specialised Italian machinery until it thickens and freezes to -5°C.The mixture is then transferred to a batch freezer where it is whipped and chilled down to around -30°C.
Now gorgeous, fresh and flavoursome, the gelato is ready to serve to customers.
